With 13+ years of experience in implementing processes, products, and marketing, utilizing successful relationship building, best practices, and optimized strategies, I have been influential in driving significant increases in cost savings, revenue, and efficiencies.

Through my ability to look holistically at the needs of the business, as well as collaborate with all facets of individuals, I have been influential in driving strategies that have led to significant process improvement, meeting the needs of customers, while growing revenue by the millions.

I know that a leader is only as good as his team, which is why I ensure continuous improvement is at the forefront of my leadership tactics. Deploying Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies, as well as promoting and encouraging innovation, has led to significant increases in both productivity and efficiency as well as employee engagement.
